DOJ sues New Jersey over executive order limiting ICE cooperation, expanding sanctuary status

The Justice Department filed a suit against New Jersey and Gov. Mikie Sherrill, accusing the authorities of expanding its sanctuary policies and obstructing national migration enforcement done a caller enforcement order. 

The ailment challenges Executive Order No. 12, which prohibits U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and different national migration officials from conducting unafraid arrests of transgression amerciable aliens wrong nonpublic areas of authorities property, including authorities correctional facilities.
