ICE seeking to deport 'criminal' illegal immigrant who allegedly threw coffee on baby, mother and dog

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking to deport a "criminal amerciable alien" who allegedly threw java connected a baby, parent and their canine during an altercation successful Florida. 

ICE said it placed a detainer connected Nina Jaaskelainen of Finland pursuing her apprehension earlier this period successful New Smyrna. 

"For implicit TWO DECADES, Jaaskelainen has been successful our state illegally, skirting the instrumentality without consequence. Now, a baby, a mother, and a canine person been assaulted by her," Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said successful a statement.  

"She is present facing charges for artillery and home violence. ICE lodged an apprehension detainer to guarantee she tin ne'er victimize different American family," McLaughlin added. "President Trump and Secretary Noem volition not let amerciable aliens to terrorize American citizens."

Jaaskelainen has pleaded not blameworthy successful tribunal aft the alleged incidental connected Nov. 14, according to FOX35 Orlando. 

"According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, a parent was walking with her babe lad and canine erstwhile Jaaskelainen confronted the parent implicit the canine not being leashed," DHS said. "During the confrontation, the amerciable alien threw java connected the baby, the parent and their dog. Jaaskelainen was arrested and taken to the Volusia County Jail wherever she was charged with artillery and home violence."

Homeland Security said Jaaskelainen archetypal entered the U.S. connected April 17, 1999, connected a B2 tourer visa that required her to permission by July 16 of that year. 

"She chose to disregard our laws and remained successful the U.S. illegally for the past 26 years," DHS said.

Jaaskelainen told investigators that she threw the java connected the canine due to the fact that it was making her ain canine upset and that she thought the mother, lad and canine were connected her property, WKMG reported.
